Mounted on an aluminium roller assembly, the Weems Parallel Plotter lets you plot courses and parallel lines by direct transfer, without the space that parallel rules or triangles demand.
Course and bearing in one tool
A semicircular protractor measures course and bearing against a meridian, and two quarter-circle protractors against a parallel of latitude, so you rarely need the printed compass rose.
Distance scales of 1:20,000, 1:40,000 and 1:80,000 match US coast and harbour charts, plus an inch scale; elsewhere, measure distance with dividers on the latitude scale.
