The Ten Point Divider divides the space between two points equally, with up to ten divisions. All eleven numbered points move together as you open it.
Equal divisions without arithmetic
Navigators use it to divide distance or time, such as a day's run into hours; meteorologists interpolate between isobars with it, and draughtsmen and artists love it too.
